8 Things To Do Before 9 A.M.

The majority of my clients are leaders and entrepreneurs, and I am one too! We are in charge of managing our own energy, moods, work schedule, goals, and accomplishments. This is HARD! 

It's critical that I start my day optimistically, and that I maintain this energy through the week. It is the only way I can serve myself, my clients, my family, and my community.
